Job Responsibilities
- Communication Facilitation: Act as a translator between Chinese management and local teams.
- Client Liaison: Manage communication with South African clients on behalf of Chinese management.
- Regulatory Coordination: Ensure compliance with South African laws and regulations.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and mediate communication misunderstandings or disputes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with employees, clients, and authorities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and English for effective communication.
